Casper is a young male, around 1-1.5 years old Serbian hunting dog. He is super friendly, not aggressive, even when it comes to food, and loves to play with other dogs! He is currently being kept in Montenegro with Happy Paws after being found in the Hills close to death from starvation. He is now being taken care of and enjoying life while he waits for his forever home.
He will require a titer test so Casper comes with a 4 month wait, but trust me he is well worth it!
